Partner Data Transformation Lead
**Please submit your resume in English - we can only consider applications submitted in this language.** **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting focusing on Marketing Technology (MarTech) projects. + Experience working with Python, SQL, or JavaScript. **Preferred qualifications:** + 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc). + 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels. + Experience working with the following Google Cloud Platforms: BigQuery, Colabs/Jupyter Notebooks, or Vertex AI. + Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels As a Partner Transformation Lead, you’ll work with strategic partners and agencies on projects to transform their business and development of new services. You will provide consulting, program management, basic technical support and coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and enable partners to build new services that leverage Google's products and solutions. You will deliver customer care, empowering the partners' ecosystem to deliver advanced projects for Google's customers. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding partners and agencies in business transformation and new service offerings, translating client challenges into opportunities for innovative Google-powered solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships. + Develop and own analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business. + Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing. + Lead and influence internal teams through project management, serving as the primary expert for data transformation partner solutions, and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners, allocating resources and optimizing collaboration to drive shared goals.
