Partner Compliance Screenings Analyst
The Partner Compliance Screening Analyst role conducts thorough compliance screenings in accordance with Philips' procedures, evaluating potential risks associated with third-party engagements. The analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end Third-Party screenings in line with Philips procedures and systems. The role involves conducting in-depth research using relevant public record information sources, assessing potential risks in the area of Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption and Export Controls, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate mitigating actions. **Job Responsibilities:** + Perform Third-Party Screenings by doing desktop searches in various sources and languages and report back in line with Philips procedures. + Analyze and determine compliance, legal, strategic, operational risks associated with third parties, and place findings in the appropriate country and industry context. + Interact with, engage with, and manage different stakeholders across the organization during the Due Diligence Process, while successfully driving a sensitive process. + Discuss and report findings and conclusions and propose mitigation actions (in line with Philips procedures) with senior management. + Document findings and conclusions in line with the prescribed tools and methods, and present written clear and concise written reports. + Proactively identify challenges or inefficiencies within the Due Diligence Process and take initiative to resolve them. **Minimum required Education:** Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Law, International Relations, Criminology, Journalism, Enterprise Risk Management or equivalent. **Minimum required Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge of Due Diligence Screening methodology and/or experience working with ABAC/ECS screening systems or other Compliance fields **Preferred Education:** Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Criminology, Enterprise Risk Management or equivalent. **Preferred Skills:** * Fluency in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Japanese is a strong plus. * Strong analytical and report-writing skills with attention to accuracy and detail. * High level of integrity, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure. * Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive results. * Strong problem-solving mindset with initiative to improve processes and overcome challenges. * Collaborative team player who values open communication and shared success. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Power BI, and data queries, with the ability to perform data analysis and develop small-scale automation solutions. **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
