Your mission: The Partner Career and Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the team in managing career and development programs or processes for partners, at any stage of the career lifecycle (examples: partner performance evaluation and promotion/progression processes within the partnership, development programs at any stage of the partner career, etc.) which constitutes the majority of the role. Additionally, the role shall involve contributing to transformation projects within the Partner Office team that are designed to enhance the overall experience of partners – this encompasses expectations in the digital / data analytics space.

Be involved in Partners Careers and Development by:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development requirements;Participating in global and EMEA Partner development initiatives and adapting them to local contexts as necessary;Contributing to the design of development programs for the partnership support team to enhance partners' learning experience;Coordinating development programs for partnerships, including evaluation of program effectiveness, management of facilitators, target groups, and procurement processes for suppliers where applicable;Collaborating and coordinating with the team responsible for the logistical aspects of organizing learning and development events;Monitoring program budgets and reporting any discrepancies or issues;Supporting with partner performance evaluations and promotion process execution;Working with the Partner Office team on improving the Partner experience.Be involved on Transformation projects by:
Contributeing to the transformation of the Partner office and team by: Assisting in project planning;Preparing and maintaining projects documentation (reports, presentations, updates);Delivering on projects based on assigned project roles.Both elements of the role encompass:
Contributing to designing and developing data analysis to support evidence-based decision making;Enhancing databases and data management practices;Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including internal clients and management, other internal departments providing services (HR, IT mainly), as well as external suppliers;Aiding in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders; Supporting the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and systems.Let’s talk about you. Hold a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields or any equivalent;Show proficiency in basic project management skills;Demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in English (C2); knowledge of French and/or German is an asset;Possess open-mindedness, growth mindset, proactive behavior, passion for continuous learning, eagerness to discover the unknown, self-driven and autonomous;Are able to analyze data and manage data literacy;Have knowledge/skills in Power BI, Alteryx, and advanced Excel usage.…You are the candidate we are looking for!
