Position Overview:
The Partner and Product Management Lead will serve as a critical link between corporate leadership, local operations, and cross-functional teams in Pakistan. This role is responsible for driving partner program excellence, ensuring operational discipline, and fostering team engagement. The incumbent will play a leadership role in reporting, training, and partner enablement, while also managing local workplace operations and ensuring smooth alignment with global initiatives.
What you’ll do as the Partner and Product Management Lead:

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Provide timely and accurate reporting to Corporate and Pakistan leadership.Monitor utilization of resources, identifying optimization opportunities.Track attendance and maintain compliance with workforce schedules.
Workplace Engagement & Operations
Oversee workplace engagement by implementing work-from-office schedules; ensure all champions and team members are present at least two days a week.Drive collaboration with PK Sales teams to ensure alignment with partner goals.Manage the PK Partner Fair, including partner merchandise tracking and coordination across marketing, sales, and admin for successful execution.Conduct brand knowledge checks to ensure teams remain aligned on partner brands.
Training & Development
Partner with HR to assist in in-country recruiting, candidate screenings, and interview coordination.Oversee onboarding, induction, and resource training programs to accelerate time-to-productivity.Conduct and validate probation evaluations, making recommendations for confirmations or further development.
Administrative & Team Oversight
Provide leadership and oversight for the PK-based team members, ensuring alignment with global leadership directives.Serve as the local escalation point and operational lead, enabling seamless coordination between Pakistan-based resources and corporate management.Ensure effective workplace logistics, including seating arrangements, space planning, and availability of resources.Oversee IT equipment allocation, setup, and issue resolution to maintain uninterrupted productivity.Manage and communicate the PK holiday calendar, coordinating with global teams to align schedules and ensure continuity of operations.
PPM-Specific Functions
Manage the Brand Champion pipeline, orchestrating and reminding on weekly deliverables.Oversee Partner Page maintenance, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance management.Coordinate and validate weekly sales huddles and engagement with sales teams.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver partner and program management excellence.Serve as the escalation point for operational, partner, or team-related challenges.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across corporate, sales, marketing, and operations teams.Champion organizational values and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 7+ years of progressive experience in partner management, program management, or related roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
