Job Family Definition:
1. Responsible for developing and managing relations with business, technology and channel partners to drive new business and grow existing business, evaluate sponsorships and sell with partners. Examples of partners: key reseller/retail accounts, independent software vendors, system integrators, component suppliers, trade associations and premium/incentive companies. Activities encompass marketing programs/solutions to/through/with partners to create demand and incremental revenue for company offerings and to deliver differentiated company customer experiences and technology. Assists partner(s) with and monitors delivery of the company experience. Manages/optimizes significant partner Market Development Funds (MDF), i.e., tracking availability/utilization of funds, developing and/or compliance with program terms, full leveraging of existing programs and proposals for new MDF-based initiatives.
2. Also comfortable planning and executing country marketing plans to commercial and public sector customers to contribute to the significant growth targets at large in the Saudi and Rest of Middle East region.
Examples are - ownership of HPE attendance at LEAP. Promotion of the Made in Saudi program and support of the factory of HPE products in partnership with Alfanar. Delivery of media and digital marketing of HPE products including Compute, Storage, AI and HPC for creation of revenue pipeline, both direct and indirect.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a marketing and regional subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Responsibilities:
Direct development of value proposition, integrated solution offering and market positioning to/with/through partner and successfully launch solution in the market (typical partner profile is large partners with majority operations in particular region in the enterprise business).Lead and develop breakthrough partner strategy and Marketing plans.Creation of strategic marketing plans for county specific targetsDirect development of messaging and content framework for partner programs and campaigns.Ownerships and management of significant budget with high ROI expectations/KPIsIdentify and recruit new partners.Identify/develop innovative/ breakthrough program metrics/benchmarks.Develop/drive TPE/TCE plans and execution.Develop regionally go-to- market strategy and guide marketing effort to ensure market penetration.Establish and maintain execution level relationship to promote company and partner total solution capabilities.Additionally, may be assigned responsibilities at lower job levels.Education and Experience Required:
BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.7+ years marketing experience.Partner, sales, industry, channel experience or equivalent.Industry marketing, event marketing techniques and experienceKnowledge and Skills:
