About This Opportunity We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our enterprise Partner Account Management team! As a Partner Account Manager III, you will be responsible for developing account relationships/strategic partners, managing initial and ongoing account launches, maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of retail and B2B physical and digital gift card products, recommend additional account product offerings, engage accounts in promotional opportunities and maintain a consistent account revenue stream, and more. Your key focus will be to maintain, retain, and grow an owned book of business as well as support the overall business priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities Cultivate relationships with the gift card business partners through frequent contact and follow-up to ensure all needs are being met Establish and maximize business potential for InComm and our gift card business partners, in both the retail and digital space Grow account revenue through product expansion, promotional marketing and other strategic initiatives Analyze sales, identify trends, as well as forecast and manage inventory Develop and present strategic business reviews Advance strategic InComm initiatives while supporting goals of our gift card partners and our distribution customers Collaborate and cultivate relationships with key internal teams such as marketing, sales and operations Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned area of the business Assist Manager with any assigned job responsibilities Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Ability to forecast, monitor, and manage inventory Ability to communicate and work effectively across various internal organizations in support of account initiatives Ability to act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, including operational tasks Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner Ability to organize and prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts and meet deadlines Excellent relationship management skills Proven ability to grow account revenue through activities such as product expansion, promotional opportunities or program implementations Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment Requires less supervision on strategic initiatives Must be able to apply a significant understanding of InComm systems and policies Other Tasks and Responsibilities as assigned 10% Travel Requirement InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. *This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program Tier II #LI-Remote #LI-SO1
