We are looking for a senior-year student who is studying in the Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments, eager to learn and develop. This position offers the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in real-world projects and gain valuable experiences in a leading company in the industry.Responsibilities:Support process analysis, improvement, and optimization projects.Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.Actively participate in project management activities and support documentation processes.Participate in performance measurement and KPI tracking activities.Provide research and development support in the digitization of systems and processes.Qualifications:Must be a senior-year student in the Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments of a university.Good level in both written and spoken English.Good level in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Knowledge of Power Platform and Python is a plus.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Team-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills.Open to learning and self-development, and responsible.
