What are my responsibilities? Support the Service Sales Team in preparing technical and commercial service offers.Assist in collecting and organizing documentation related to installed systems, technical specifications, and proposal content.Help with quantity take-offs, offer documentation, and pricing calculations using standard tools and templates.Contribute to the preparation of digital service proposals and support materials for customer engagements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and offer tracking systems.Collaborate with sales and back-office teams for internal coordination and offer finalization.Follow up on technical inputs and document updates related to submitted offers.Learn Siemens service portfolio, tools, and processes through hands-on involvement and mentoring.Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting multiple priorities in technical sales processes.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 4th year undergraduate student in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.Eagerness to learn technical service sales processes and contribute proactively in a structured team setting.Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word); AutoCAD and CRM tool knowledge is a plus.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
