You will also assist with clerical tasks, data entry, and providing test accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up and maintaining a secure testing environment.

Administering and proctoring test sessions for individuals and groups.

Monitoring examinees through direct observation and surveillance equipment.

Following strict security procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

Performing clerical duties and data entry related to testing records.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Clerical and Administrative Abilities: Experience with general office duties, data entry, and record-keeping is beneficial, as the role involves interpreting test scores and preparing reports.

- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and report testing irregularities and adapt to different testing situations

- Adaptability: Being flexible and able to conduct testing services on-campus

- Communication: effective, friendly and professional communication skills are necessary to explain testing procedures and policies to examinees effectively.
