Position Summary: As a Storekeeper at St. Pancras London, you’ll be the key person responsible for the daily operation of our Beverage Cellar, supporting five food & beverage outlets across the hotel. This hands-on role focuses on stock control, cellar organization, and compliance with internal procedures—from goods receiving and issuing to maintaining accurate records and ensuring all transfers are tracked and approved. You’ll work closely with the F&B, Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, all while helping to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
