Job DescriptionJoin our team at a prestigious resort in Mai Khao, Thailand, as a Part Time Staff - Bell Attendant. In this role, you'll be the friendly face greeting our guests and ensuring their stay starts and ends on a high note. We're looking for a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handlingEscort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and room featuresAssist guests with special requests and provide information about local attractionsManage luggage storage for arriving and departing guestsCoordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outsAssist with parking and valet services when requiredMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areasSupport other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfactionQualificationsStrong communication skills with fluency in both Thai and EnglishCustomer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorPhysical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periodsBasic computer skills for managing guest requests and informationExcellent time management and multi-tasking abilitiesKnowledge of the local area and popular attractions in Mai Khao and surrounding regionsPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredFirst aid certification is a plusFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysThai nationality only
