Part-Time Site Experience Manager
**Description:** The Part-Time Site Experience Manager plays a critical role in the success of the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas by executing flawless group sales site inspections for meeting planners and third-party meeting professionals. This position represents the resort with professionalism, deep product knowledge, and a strong understanding of group sales processes, ensuring each client’s site visit is seamless, informative, and inspiring. The hourly pay-rate for this position is $35.00-$47.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. **Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive site inspections for group meeting planners and third-party planners, showcasing the property’s meeting spaces, accommodations, and amenities with confidence and detail. + Serve as the primary on-site contact for scheduled site visits, coordinating logistics with the Sales, Events, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and impressive experience. + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of event spaces, setups, capacities, and configurations using Hyatt’s systems and tools. + Support group lead coverage as needed, maintaining communication with potential clients and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of service. + Maintain accurate documentation and updates in Hyatt Envision, Event Diary, and Space Diagram systems. + Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to customize site experiences and presentations that align with client goals and preferences. + Understand and interpret Hyatt Sales Contracts, ensuring consistency and accuracy in discussions with clients. + Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the property’s overall site experience process. **Additional Information** + This is a part-time, hourly position. Average of 28 hours per week. + Position is eligible for Hyatt’s bonus program. + Must have availability to support site visits on weekdays and occasionally weekends based on client schedules. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of prior progressive Group Sales or Events experience required. Preferably with Hyatt. + Strong knowledge and working experience with the Hyatt Envision System and Space Diagram, and AV knowledge. + Solid understanding of Hotel Sales Contracts and group event processes. + Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently, with flexibility to support varying schedules based on site inspection needs. + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with attention to detail. **Primary Location:** US-CA-Indian Wells **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas **Pay Basis:** Yearly **Job Level:** Part-time **Job:** Sales **Req ID:** IND004583 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
