Are you a friendly, outgoing Registered Nurse who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference in their lives?

We’re a non-medical home care agency looking for a compassionate and professional RN to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis.

In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with your people skills — developing care plans, supporting caregivers, and representing our company with warmth and professionalism during client visits.

What You’ll Do: Meet new clients in their homes to complete initial assessments and develop individualized care plans Reassess and update care plans every 3 months or as needed Train newly hired caregivers and ensure they understand client needs and agency standards Serve as a positive representative of our company during client visits — building trust and showcasing the quality of our care What We Offer:

Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (in good standing) Must reside in or near Mooresville or Huntersville, NC Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor — comfortable communicating with clients and families Strong organizational and documentation skills
