This is a part-time receptionist position located in La Jolla, CA, with a flexible 20-25 hour work week. The role involves providing administrative support to a department or office, including greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other related duties. This position is in-person and has a potential to convert to a full-time role after a 6-month assignment.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and badge visitors and new employees.Provide site access for some vendors.Perform light lifting and organizing tasks.Offer and manage office supplies.Check and distribute mail.Reserve and schedule conference rooms.Occasionally order food for catering and assist with setup.Essential Skills1-2 years of customer service experience.Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.Experience with MS Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Work EnvironmentThis role is in-person at the office located in La Jolla, CA. The work environment requires regular use of MS Office Suite. The position allows for flexibility in specific working days and hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
