The Role:

Leidos Europe is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to be the first point of contact for the company and provide administrative support across the organisation.

You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This role is to be covered by two part-time positions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting Internal & External Visitors to siteAnswering and forwarding telephone callsMaintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Maintains a safe and clean reception area/conference rooms/kitchen/public areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsScreening phone callsSorting and distributing postBooking visitor parking reservations in advanceAnswering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when neededReceiving/Sending and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriersGeneral Administration dutiesManage Reception MailboxMaintain Parking DatabaseBooking Meeting Rooms & Desks as and when requiredStationary OrderingFollowing all security procedures and raising any issues as and when required

Required Skills:

Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProfessional appearanceSolid communication skills both written and verbalAbility to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may ariseAbility to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

Clearance Requirements:

BPSS pre-screening required to start

Pay Range:Pay Range £21,700.00 - £29,962.50
