Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Clerk to join our Charlotte team. This role supports our operations by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring that all materials are ordered and received accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities * Create and process purchase orders for materials and supplies * Maintain accurate inventory records * Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and deliveries * Track incoming orders and resolve any delivery discrepancies Qualifications * High School diploma * Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems) * Math skills * Good communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams * Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Benefits * Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($15–$20/hour) * Consistent weekday schedule, afternoons only * Supportive and friendly work environment * Opportunities to learn and grow within the company
