The Product Development Specialist plays a strategic role in managing the development of new products from concept to production. This position involves vendor engagement, design collaboration, and process optimization to ensure high-quality product outcomes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead vendor communications to facilitate product development and resolve production challengesCollaborate with designers to refine artwork and ensure feasibility for manufacturingEvaluate vendor capabilities and recommend sourcing strategiesMonitor development timelines and proactively address delays or issuesConduct product reviews and quality assessments during development stagesSupport cost analysis and margin improvement initiativesMay require travel to vendor sites or manufacturing facilitiesOther related duties as assigned
