**Description:** The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a Pool Server to join our amazing Blue Mojito Bar team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street. At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive colleagues who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. Servers for our Blue Mojito Lounge, pool, beach and dock are responsible for submitting and presenting guest food and beverage selections. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of libations. Servers engage in casual conversation and must maintain a clean and neat setting. Their style and service attributes are key to creating the guest experience. This is a fast paced, tipped position that requires moving among the different guest areas to ensure quick and efficient service. The right candidate will be personable, use the guest name at all times, offer assistance, and show care toward both guests and colleagues. Preferred shift availability on Tuesday, Wednesday from 10:30am-6:30pm.
