Pharmacist (Part-Time)
Location: Upper Chichester, PA 19014
Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays (8-hour shifts, flexible start times)
Pay: $55-$60/hr

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescription dispensing, and provide outstanding patient care. You will lead pharmacy staff, support patient care programs, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and accurately dispense prescriptions while counseling patients on medication use, interactions, and over-the-counter options.Support public health initiatives by administering vaccines (COVID-19, flu, and others as needed).Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania state and federal regulations.Manage and monitor inventory to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support financial goals.Lead and mentor staff members by providing training, feedback, and development opportunities.Participate in quality improvement efforts by monitoring processes, responding to patient feedback, and implementing safety checks.Serve as a trusted community resource, representing the pharmacy to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications
