Temporary position$25.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (08:00am to 05:00pm)10 hours a week Roughly 3-month job possibly up through the end of the year Utilizing Paycom Payroll process Working closely with HR Director Responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on timeensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Maintains payroll records, handles wage garnishments and deductions, and assists with tax filings and reporting.Part Time Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
Experience – 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably with multi-state payroll.Knowledge – Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, Paycom).Skills – High attention to detail, strong math and analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
