Part-Time Overnight/Evening Desk Agent - Franchise
Job Requirements

The Front Desk is the first and last impression of our hotel. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in experienceProcess check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficientlyManage reservations, room assignments, and special requestsAnswer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional mannerHandle guest concerns and service recovery with empathy and urgencyMaintain accurate billing, post charges, and balance transactionsMonitor and enroll guests in the Hilton Honors programCommunicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readinessMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk areaFollow all brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies



Work Experience
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureBasic computer proficiency (hotel PMS experience preferred)Flexible availability, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be 21 or older
