Position Details:

Wage: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)Hours: 13–15 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMContract End Date: December 31, 2025Perks: Mileage compensation, paid training, bonus potential, and the opportunity to work with an iconic chocolate, cookie, and cracker brand! Your Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel using relationship-based selling techniquesEnsure product visibility by building eye-catching displays and securing secondary display space
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product is fully stocked and aligned with store needsVisit 5+ retail stores weekly following a set scheduleCapture and submit daily visit reports with photosRepresent MCA and our client’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm The Ideal Candidate 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or CPG salesStrong understanding of sales and merchandising principles
Confident, persistent, and results-driven personalityExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsComfortable using smartphones and tablets for reportingReliable transportation and willingness to travel between store locations APPLY NOW!
