Job Description

The Janitor/Custodian performs cleaning services at our customer site in Madison, WI. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. This is a part time role. Pay: $22.68/hr

Shift:

4:30PM – 8:30PM Mon – Friday

Key Job Functions

Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phonesMop, Buff and vacuum floorsClean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and wallsClean surfaces with disinfectantEnsure proper disinfecting procedures are followedEmpty trash cans and/or recycling binsMaintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when neededMaintain outdoor groundsRemove debris and snow from sidewalksEmpty trash and recycling bins

QualificationsSome custodial experience preferredAbility to work independently or as a team memberAbility to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructionPerform other duties as assigned
