Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work largely on a project-based assignment supporting our Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Services functions at the company. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and senior leaders to learn from them as they have built extraordinary careers in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
Participate in projects with various stakeholders on the HR team.
Assist HR team with the preparation of materials, including but not limited to quick reference guides, organizational charts, presentations, and checklists/tracking spreadsheets.
Aid in maintaining HR SharePoint pages utilized by employees for self-service resources and up-to-date information.
Track, monitor and communicate the progress of assigned initiatives.
Upload requested information into the employee personnel file.
Respond to assigned inquiries regarding HR policies, memos, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assist in the scheduling and planning of meetings and trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in College or University (Undergrad degree by December 2025 - May 2026 Preferred) with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis using functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and pivot tables.
Experience building and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Compensation:
Salary type: Non-Exempt
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Hourly Compensation: $22.50
