Job Summary:  

My client is a lovely family of 4 looking to hire a child-friendly housekeeper into their home. The household consists of mum, dad and their two children who are 3 and 5 years old. They are looking for some excellent help in their household and someone to be a real asset in their home, someone to be super friendly and build an excellent rapport with the family.

The role will consist of all general housekeeping duties, such as laundry, washing up, some light food preparation and general house administration, such as top up shopping or going to the post office.

They are looking for a real self starter and someone who is very keen to help out around the house! Someone to have great initiative and had experience to working in private households before in similar positions. They also need to be super responsible as they have two young children in the household.

Job specification:

Housekeeping for the family Cleaning, hoovering, dusting the household Deep cleaning the bathrooms, ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy Doing the laundry for the household, washing, ironing and changing the bedsheets General house administration, such as taking back parcels, popping to the shops for any top up shopping, running general errands for the family Food prepping, chopping vegetables etc. Ensuring the house is de-cluttered and tidy

Candidate specification:

3 years experience on working with a private household A friendly individual, happy to be around children Background checks and references required Excellent prior experience Happy with the location and happy to work up to 20 hours per/week

Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
