Reporting to the Department Managers, the Administrative Assistant will assist with maintaining the office environment, provide assistance to Manager, assisting with the coordination of fleet items, and while maintaining excellent relationships with trades, subcontractors, and clients. Duties & Responsibilities · Manage incoming and outgoing mail · Order, stock, and maintain inventory of supplies for office · Assist with overflow of Product Orders · Document and route paperwork · Maintain welcoming and tidy environment in Lobby and Common Areas · Great and direct visitors · Prepare conference rooms for meetings · Meal orders for meetings, classes, etc. · Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures · Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships · Document control · Other duties as assigned Competency Requirements (Skilled to Advanced Level) · Strong Organizational skills · Communicates Effectively · Aptitude for Learning · Understanding the importance of Customer Service internally and externally · Holds Self and Others Accountable · Problem Solving and Innovation · Teamwork and Collaboration · Values and Respects Others #LI-DNI #LI-DNP
