Ensure all amenities are in order and maintain as needed.Manage site inspections and coordinate building maintenance as required.Ensure emergency issues are met with prompt attention and after-hour calls are responded to.Oversee facility-related vendors and process invoices.Manage maintenance requests, handle invoices, and support other administrative needs.

About You:

2+ years of office or facilities services or property experience.Standard knowledge and understanding of building maintenance.Professional and personable!Self-starter with creative thinking and strong organizational skills.

About the Position
