Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring efficient operations and communication within the team.

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule complex calendars, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of meetings.Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.Organize agendas, prepare materials, and ensure smooth execution of meetings.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.Handle correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Proficiency in MS Suite/365.Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting a sales leader or working in a sales-driven environment.

Work Environment

This position requires 20 hours a week, with the schedule and hours agreed upon between the manager and employee. The role supports a sales leader in the Central Time Zone, offering an opportunity for conversion to full-time employment. The work environment is flexible and collaborative, with a focus on supporting sales operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
