Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Owner in day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the Owner’s schedule runs smoothly and travel logistics are handled seamlessly.
ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Owner's calendar to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Owner, including correspondence management and document preparation.Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and timely bookings.Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Adapt to changing priorities and schedules with flexibility and efficiency.Essential Skills5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools like Outlook and Google Calendar.Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.Additional Skills & QualificationsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.Work Environment
This is a part-time position with a hybrid schedule that will vary depending on the manager’s schedule. The role includes working from both the office, where a cubicle will be provided, and remotely as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Houston, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
