Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Part Time Cook for our Cold Kitchen in Mai Khao, Thailand. Join our culinary team and contribute to creating delicious cold dishes and salads for our guests.
Prepare a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and dessertsFollow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and qualityMaintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and serviceAssist in inventory management and stock rotationContribute to menu development and suggest new cold dish ideasEnsure proper food storage and labelingAdapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficientlyQualificationsThai Nationality OnlyProven experience as a cold kitchen cook or in a similar roleStrong knife skills and food preparation techniquesIn-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to read and follow recipes accuratelyExcellent time management and organizational skillsTeam player with strong communication abilitiesFood Safety Certification (required)Culinary degree or diploma (preferred)Proficiency in preparing various cold dishes and saladsUnderstanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairingsFamiliarity with Thai cuisine and local ingredients (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to quality
