Qualifications A motivated and self-starter with great (and consistent) communication skills Previous coaching or playing experience (youth, high school, club, or collegiate level) Holds a minimum of a National C Coaching license or is actively working towards or played professionally and willing to earn a coaching license Creative and excellent leadership skills that will motivate athletes and families Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled Loves developing youth to achieve excellence and has a proven track record Values culture and work ethic of the club and a willingness to hold players accountable
