Description Join a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underserved communities. We are seeking a Part Time Client Services Coordinator to provide case management, advocacy, and support services for families in the local community. This role fosters connections with community resources and supports community stability and engagement. Responsibilities: + Conduct interviews, assess client needs, set goals, and track progress. + Provide referrals, casework, and advocacy for financial and personal stability. + Facilitate home visits, office meetings, and service coordination. + Maintain and research community resources; network with agencies. + Market the program and engage potential clients through outreach. + Complete paperwork, reports, and compliance documentation. + Arrange building activities and enrichment opportunities. Requirements Qualifications: + Demonstrated experience in casework, social services, or community advocacy. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to assist tenants and clients effectively. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage paperwork, reports, and follow-ups. + Proficiency with computers, internet research, and office applications. + Familiarity with Section 8 regulations, public housing programs, and community resources is a plus.
