VCA Advanced Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Hannibal, Missouri. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for pets and their families. **Responsibilities include:** + Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism + Schedule appointments and manage phone/email communications + Accurately check clients in/out and process payments + Maintain client records and ensure up-to-date information + Assist with prescription refills and client questions + Collaborate with the veterinary team to support hospital operations **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Prior experience in customer service preferred (veterinary setting a plus) + Excellent communication and multitasking skills + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Basic computer proficiency **If you are a current associate, you will need to apply through our internal career site.
