Part Time Certified Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Job Description

This role is centered on entering Certified Payroll reports via LCP Tracker. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of how the software operates and how to navigate it for documentation purposes. Additionally, there may be ad-hoc duties based on the amount of reporting required.

ResponsibilitiesEnter certified payroll entries into LCP Tracker.Navigate and manage documentation through LCP Tracker.Handle ad-hoc duties as necessary based on reporting needs.Essential SkillsExperience entering certified payroll.Proficiency with LCP Tracker.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.Certified payroll processing experience is advantageous.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, within the construction industry. You will be part of a small team, working directly with one other person in payroll who is currently on leave, necessitating this position.

This is a Contract position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
