We are currently seeking flexible, dependable, and compassionate On - Call Substitute Behavior Technicians to join our substitute support pool in San Jose, California . This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy supporting students with diverse needs across multiple school sites. As a substitute BT, you will be contacted for daily, weekly, or short-term assignments based on school needs. These placements may include general classroom support or 1:1 support for a student with an IEP/BIP , serving students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade .
