Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a growing life sciences company, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This is a fully remote role offering 10-15 hours per week through the end of the year, with flexible scheduling during business hours.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor payments and resolve discrepanciesReview and process employee expense reportsMaintain accurate transaction and reconciliation recordsAssist with audit documentation and reporting needsPerform monthly credit card reconciliations for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:
