Job Summary:

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about media and advertising operations? We’re looking for a Part-Time Ad Sales Planner Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a short-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign management and media planning across multiple channels.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:Schedule and position commercial spots across our channels to optimize inventory yield.Manage and process purchase orders from media agencies and direct advertisers.Oversee advertising campaigns within our internal systems.Coordinate video ad delivery via material platforms.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Mydas software.Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the Team Manager.
 What We’re Looking For:A proactive and versatile team player with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
 Your Background:A first experience in administrative or analytical roles.Degree in Media or a related field.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
