What you'll do

As a Heavy Duty Parts Specialist, you will help drive the continued success by providing support to technicians with identifying, locating, and ordering the correct parts for repairs and maintenance. Control the inventory in the shop by maintaining the proper quantity on hand to ensure service orders get completed in a timely manner


Work with preferred vendors to source parts needed for service ordersDeliver/pickup parts as neededControl the inventoryProvide exceptional customer service by answering the phone and greeting customers when they come to the storeAssist the Service Manager in creating service orders and/or quotes when needed Maintain a clean and safe workplace

You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused teamHave an eagerness to learnYou can lift up to 50 poundsHave full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your headPass pre-employment physicalMust have valid driver's license
