We’re looking for an in-office Parts Sales & Support Representative in the industrial equipment industry.

The Parts Sales & Support Representative will be responsible for managing parts inquiries, supporting customers and internal service teams, and ensuring operational efficiency across inventory and order management.
Parts Sales & Support Representative responsibilities:
Respond to customer and internal service team inquiries regarding parts Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients Prepare accurate quotes and parts recommendations based on customer needs Identify parts using technical documentation and team knowledge Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to meet demand Maintain accurate CRM and ERP system records Process billing, invoicing, and parts warranty claims Occasionally assist with warehouse tasks including packing and shippingThe successful candidate has:
2–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in industrial or automotive sectors) A high school diploma Strong technical aptitude and a basic understanding of mechanical systems A valid Class 5 BC driver’s license Legal eligibility to work in Canada Strong organizational skills and attention to detailCompensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $85,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package RRSP matching Discretionary performance bonusCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
