Examples of Essential Functions Youth Activity Lead: + Independently lead program curriculum and administrative projects. + Facilitate program direction and supervise junior staff. + Monitor and enforce policies, rules, and safety regulations governing the conduct of patrons and staff. Youth Activity Site Attendant III: + Independently leads participants in activities and/or may monitor activities led by other staff. + Communicates with patrons in alignment with Youth program standards. + May perform higher-level clerical functions such as drafting incident reports and maintaining documentation. Youth Activity Site Attendant II: + Leads participants in activities & directs facility use as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Some positions may have a higher age requirement than 15 and require additional certifications for employment. The minimum qualification requirements for the Youth positions can be found below.
