Job Summary: Do you enjoy communicating with others while promoting safety and delivering an exceptional guest experience? Parking Operations Cast Members are passionate about making magic for our Guests during their Walt Disney World® Resort stays! They ensure the highest standards of safety while greeting, loading/unloading, driving, spieling and directing Guests in the parking lots. Parking Cast Members will safely operate multi car passenger trams throughout parking lots.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities: We operate passenger carrying trams as well as golf carts/ Private Transportation Vehicles (PTV), vans & trucksMemorize prepared Guest information and deliver via microphone and project voice to deliver safety directions as neededContinuous walking & standing to direct Guests where to go/park, walk throughout parking lot while implementing policies, rules and regulations of the parking locationsComfortable standing at the back of moving tram while delivering safety spiels!We work mainly in an outdoor setting during various weather conditionsWe work with fellow team/Cast Members to strategically open/close parking lots based on park attendance/forecast and be able to operate a Smart Phone/Radio to communicateWe take ownership of emergency situationsWe grasp & carry cones of 12+ lbs. repeatedlyAdditional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, safety harnesses, hard hats, safety vests etc.) may be required Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this roleMust have a valid Driver's LicenseWilling to work at various heightsPhysical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, and kneelingPart-Time requires 3 full days of availability for any shift, including nights and holidaysPart-Time will require you to be fully available for our first week of trainingStrong communication/interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual preferredPrevious high-capacity parking lot experience Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
