Parking Attendant Responsibilities:
Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areasManage traffic flow efficiently and safelyAssist guests with parking-related questionsEnsure compliance with parking rules and regulationsProvide friendly and professional customer serviceCommunicate with team members and supervisors throughout your shiftUsher Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm, welcoming experienceAssist fans with seating directions and general event informationMonitor assigned sections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfactionRespond to guest concerns or issues and report them to supervisors as neededEnforce stadium policies and help maintain a positive event atmosphereProvide excellent customer service in a high-energy environmentParking Attendant and Usher Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitudeMust be punctual and dependableComfortable standing for extended periods and walking throughout the stadiumAble to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be available to work early Saturday mornings (on game days)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
