Position overview: Managing parking area, assisting guests in finding parking spaces, and ensuring the safety and security of vehicles in the parking lots.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Guide and assist guests in locating available parking spaces.Monitor the parking area to ensure proper use and safety.Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.Collect payment as necessary.Maintain a clean and organized parking area.Report any incidents or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.Assist in managing traffic flow within the parking area.Adjust traffic flow and assist any emergency vehicles through the parking lot as needed.Work experience requirements
Minimum 16 years of age.Ability to handle cash transactions accuratelyAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysMust be courteous with good communication skills and service mindset.Physical requirements
Able to perform the essential job functions safely and successfullyPhysical requirements include lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 poundsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsMust be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed.Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusWho We Are
