Our client, a family-owned business specializing in vehicle parts and towing equipment support, is seeking a Parts and Admin Support Specialist to join their team. As a Parts and Admin Support Specialist, you will be part of the Front Office team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Serve as the first point of contact for customers—answering phones, greeting walk-ins, and assisting with check-in/check-out Provide top-tier customer service by helping customers with over-the-counter parts sales and quoting towing solutions Work directly with the Manager and Technicians to ensure parts are ordered, inventoried, and stocked for each project Manage online parts sales via Facebook Marketplace, eBay, KSL, and other platforms—create listings, process orders, and handle shipping Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, online sales platforms) Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills Previous experience in parts departments or administrative roles is a plus Ability to lift and carry parts/equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
