Location: Kansas City, Missouri Position Type: Full-Time (School District Calendar) Pay Rate: $22/hour Benefits: Included About the Role We are seeking a qualified Paraprofessional Level II or Behavior Technician to join our team in a school setting. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in middle or high school resource classrooms with mild to moderate behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities + Provide academic and behavioral support to students in resource classrooms. + Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). + Support positive behavior interventions and strategies. + Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. + Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure student success. Qualifications + Previous experience working with students with behavioral or special education needs preferred. + Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and maintain documentation. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Bilingual (Spanish and English-speaking) is preferred! Schedule + Full-time position aligned with the school district calendar. + Assignment length is for the remainder of the school year, at minimum.
