UPMC Wellsboro is looking for a **Paramedic Supervisor** to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional emergency care. **Schedule:** Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), including weekends and holidays. **What You’ll Do** As a Paramedic Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in both patient care and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include: + **Advanced Emergency Care:** Provide high-quality care as the lead medic on an ALS vehicle. + **Team Leadership:** Oversee daily operations of the MTS Division during your shift and conduct annual evaluations for assigned crew members. + **Safe Vehicle Operation:** Ensure the safe and professional use of corporate vehicles. + **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Work closely with ATS Coordinators, EMS Resources Managers, and other key stakeholders. + **Training & Development:** Create and implement training programs and continuing education for staff. + **Public Safety Liaison:** Build strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and public safety entities. + **Professionalism & Communication:** Promote a culture of excellence and streamline communication across MTS, ATS, and Starflight teams. **What We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in emergency medical services.
