As their Paralegal, you'll be the trusted professional who guides clients through some of their most important legal milestones from purchasing their dream home to securing their family's legacy through estate planning. You'll work directly with our attorney to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to small businesses and individual clients.
What You'll Master
Real Estate Excellence
Manage end-to-end residential and commercial real estate closings (up to 6 monthly during peak season)
Navigate complex multi-party transactions involving real estate agents, lenders, and mortgage companies
Serve as the central coordinator ensuring smooth, timely closings
Handle demanding personalities with diplomacy and professionalism
Estate Planning & Document Preparation
Draft wills, trusts, and estate planning documents using specialized software
Work from attorney specifications to create precise, legally sound documents
Provide compassionate guidance to families planning for their futures
Business & Legal Consulting Support
Support diverse small business legal needs across multiple practice areas
Handle light litigation support and document preparation
Assist with various business law matters and client consulting services
Client Relations & Communication
Provide exceptional "hand-holding" support throughout complex processes
Build trust and confidence with clients during stressful transactions
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in high-pressure situations
Comprehensive Training & Support

What the Position Offers You
Competitive Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
