Description

The

Procurement Legal Resource / Paralegal provides first‑line legal support for procurement‑led contract drafting, renewals, amendments, extensions, and NDAs; ensures adherence approved templates and clause library; and triages escalations to the Office of the General Counsel for non‑standard or higher‑risk matters.

 

·        Draft,review, and edit standard or low‑risk agreements,including renewals, amendments, extensions, NDAs, and supporting exhibits,using =templates and playbooks

·        Ensure contract language aligns with approved legal terms, including confidentiality, data privacy, indemnification, termination, and audit provisions Manage redlines and version control; maintain clear documentation of rationale for accepted or rejected changes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $47.60/hr.
