Details:

Job Title - Deal and Fund Support SpecialistLocation - Remote, but candidates should be based in either CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV, NM, UT, HI. Candidates must be able to provide support between 8 am and 5 pm PACIFIC TIME.Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time)Start Date - ideally August 4thDuration - Likely long-term, potential minimum of 1 yearPay Rate - $25-30/hour, depending on experience

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification strongly preferredPrior experience as a paralegal or in an administrative role within a law firm, financial institution, or banking environmentProficiency with GEMS, Box, Adobe Pro, Appian, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific TimeWillingness to work overtime as needed to meet client demandsExcellent organizational and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyComfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zonesReliable access to secured home internetStrong team collaboration and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

This role will support a deal and fund support team with a range of document execution tasks, where attention to detail, process ownership, and cross-functional coordination are essential to ensure the timely and compliant execution of legal documentation.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring the DFS inbox and routing requests to ensure timely processingManaging document intake and organization from internal teams and outside counselResponding to document requests from internal teams and outside counselCoordinating and managing document signature workflowsDistributing completed documents to relevant stakeholdersRequesting fully executed documents and closing binders from outside counsel, deal attorneys, and project managers (PMs)Maintaining accurate records in designated repositoriesCoordinating document disposal requestsProviding GEMS approvals on entity-related information before publication to the broader GEMS user baseEnsuring regulatory compliance through the execution of KYC documents, completion of KYC requests, and management of personal information disclosures when requiredManaging Authorized Signature Lists, Certificates of Secretary, and Certificates of IncumbencyHandling Intermediary AgreementsMaintaining electronic signatures and approver electronic stamps SF07282025LTUT_1753731465 To Apply for this Job Click Here
