We are seeking an experienced Paralegal II to join a fast‑paced, highly collaborative Litigation team within a large, well‑known global organization. This is a 40‑hour/week contract position with the potential for extension based on business needs.

About the RoleAs a Paralegal II supporting the Litigation team, you will provide essential legal and administrative support to attorneys and senior paralegals. You will assist with case preparation, document management, scheduling, and preliminary investigative work. This position plays a key part in ensuring cases progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and assist with legal holds, document collection, and data gatheringConduct initial case evaluations, summarize findings, and prepare supporting materialsDraft and edit basic legal templates and correspondenceManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls between attorneys, clients, and stakeholdersReview emails, track action items, and maintain organized case filesSupport the Litigation team with overflow tasks, ad‑hoc requests, and daily administrative needsPerform research and assist with internal fact‑finding as neededQualificationsRequired3–5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistantExperience in a law firm or in‑house legal departmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive informationExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Experience with scheduling, calendaring, and file/document managementProficiency in:Microsoft Office SuiteSmartsheetExcelPreferredParalegal certificationFamiliarity with matter management tools (e.g., Passport)Experience with Wolters Kluwer Office CompanionWho You AreYou are organized, resourceful, and able to work independently while supporting a busy legal team.
